*Annual Wellness Visit: $75
*Standard Office Visit: $50
*Home Visit within 10 miles: $80
Home visit 11-20 miles: $100
Home visit greater than 21 miles: variable
*Simple suturing: $125
*Simple abscess/cyst: $125
*Skin tag removal: $50 per 5
**Medication injection: $20
Any service not in this list will be discussed at the time of service.
